Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box including all accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
